because lines and lines
that type here are the most visible and clear during social interactions, the
neck and the face are two of the most difficult areas for many people. Many
people feel inferior as a result of the folds and ridges on the skin of their
faces.
If you feel in this way, and want to remedy the situation without needing to
spend tens of thousands of dollars on doctor's fees, there is a great remedy
waiting for you. This is really a really natural solution, and it's been used by
tens of thousands of people in the past to correct drooping cheeks, jowls,
wrinkles, and even fine lines around the eyes. This technique is known as face
exercise.
Face exercise involves moving the muscles on the face to reach a specific
result, as the name suggests. Each face exercise targets one or several facial
muscles, with the ultimate goal of tightening and strengthening said muscles to
improve the outward appearance of the skin that is resting on top of the
muscles.
The first exercise that I'm planning to show you is an advanced technique
that will encourage your entire facial muscles at once. The first rung on the
ladder is to reduce all of the muscles of your face as though you were trying to
prevent something that is hurtling toward you. Fit these facial muscles as hard
as you can, and just keep squeezing until you can not do it.
When you're done squeezing your facial muscles, release the pressure and let
out your tongue. Grow your tongue as far-out as possible and, as you do this, I
want you to open your eyes as though you desired to aerate your eyes for the
first time.
After the second step, repeat the first step, and make certain that you keep
the tension during your face. It is important that you learn how to really
squeeze your facial muscles, because that's when the muscles are really
exercised. The relaxation period is essential, but if you are only mildly
squeezing the facial muscles, you're not getting the most from the facial
exercise.
The 2nd exercise that I am going to teach you is yet another variation that
involves many interconnected movements. You are able to perform this face
exercises while standing, or while seated on an appropriate chair.
If you can perform this exercise in front of a mirror, that's perfect since
you'll have the ability to check if your type is correct or not. The first step
will be to turn your head as if you were looking to see if there is a bird
flapping its wings in your right side. Turn your mind towards the ceiling
carefully. While you do, close your eyes and create a large smile.
More information is found here.
Hold this position for three
counts, and carefully turn back to your normal position. So you will be able to
promote numerous muscles at the same time, perform the same action on the left
side: turn your head and look. The pressure as a result of the head tilt will
even encourage the muscles connecting the jawline to the neck.
