The face and the throat
are two of the most problematic areas for many people, because lines and
wrinkles that form here are the most visible and obvious during social
interactions. Lots of people feel inferior because of the ridges and folds on
the skin of the faces.
If you feel in this way, and would like to remedy the situation without
needing to spend a large number of dollars on doctor's fees, there's an
excellent remedy waiting for you. This is really a really natural therapy, and
it has been utilized by tens of thousands of people in the past to fix drooping
cheeks, jowls, lines, and even fine lines around the eyes. This process is named
face exercise.
Face exercise requires moving the muscles on the face to accomplish a certain
result, as the name implies. Each face exercise targets one or several facial
muscles, with the ultimate goal of tightening and strengthening said muscles to

muscles.
The first exercise that I am planning to teach you is definitely an high
level technique that will encourage your entire facial muscles simultaneously.
The first rung on the ladder is to compress all the muscles of the face as
though you were trying to prevent something which is hurtling toward you. Press
those facial muscles as hard as you can, and just keep until you can not do it.

Release the pressure, If you are done squeezing your facial muscles and
discrete your tongue. Extend your tongue as far-out as possible and, as you do
so, I want you to open your eyes like you wished to aerate your eyes for the
first time.
After the second step, repeat the first step, and ensure that you keep the
tension throughout your face. It's important that you figure out how to really
press your facial muscles, because that is when the muscles are really
exercised. The relaxation period is important, but if you're just mildly
squeezing the facial muscles, you're perhaps not getting the most from the
facial exercise.
The second exercise that I'm going to show you is another sophisticated
variation that involves many connected activities. You can perform this face
exercises while standing up, or while seated on an appropriate chair.

do this exercise facing a mirror, that is great. The first step is to turn your
head as if you're attempting to see if there was a bird flapping its wings in
your right side. Turn your head towards the ceiling lightly. When you do, close
your eyes and make a big smile.

Hold this position for
three counts, and gently turn back to your normal position. So you will be able
to stimulate numerous muscles at the same time, perform the same activity on the
left side: turn your face and look. Because of this of the head tilt the stress
may also encourage the muscles connecting the jawline to the throat.
